Competition categories
As many different systems for defining the level-categories are used by national federations, the nomenclature used in our registration-form is showing a correspondence between 2 different systems, one based on 3 level-categories (Pre-Amateur/Amateur/Masterclass) and the other on 5 level-categories (D,C,B,A,S).
Couples: Same gender couples are welcome to register for any competition.
Age-categories are defined as follows:
Open age: Dancers of any age can register for this category.
Junior - 14: Both dance-partners under 14 years old, the day of the competition.
Adults - 35: At least one partner under 35 years old, the day of the competition.
Senior 1 - +35: 1 partner at least 35 years and the other at least 30 years old, the day of the competition.
Senior 2 - +45: 1 partner at least 45 years and the other at least 40 years old, the day of the competition.
Senior 3 - +55: 1 partner at least 55 years and the other at least 50 years old, the day of the competition.
Senior 4 - +65: 1 partner at least 65 years and the other at least 60 years old, the day of the competition.
Senior 5 - +70: 1 partner at least 70 years old.
Registration fees and information for advance payment
For practical organisational reasons, we cannot accept payments during the day of the competition. Only advance payments will be accepted. You will receive an email with confirmation of your registrations, the exact amount to be paid as well as all practical information needed to make your payment.
Competition: 40 euros/couple and 20 euros/Solo-dancer for 1 competition / +10 euros for each additional competition (confirmation of registration and all information for advance payment will be sent by email)
Camp:
40 euros/couple for the workshop (confirmation of registration and information for advance payment will be sent by email)
Fees for private lessons/+-100 euros per unit of 45 minutes (Confirmation of registration, exact amount to be paid and information for advance payment will be sent by email)

Programme of the competition day
The competition will start between 12.00 and 13.00
Afternoon session ends between 17.00 and 18.00:
- All rounds including finals of Pre-Amateur, Amateur
- All rounds including finals of Salsa Bachata
- All rounds including finals of Solo competitions
- Qualification rounds for all Masterclass competitions.
BREAK between +-17.30 and +-19.30
Evening session - between +-19.30 and +-23.00:
- Festive Gala event with general dancing for the public
- All finals of Masterclass competitions
The detailed programme with the starting times of all rounds will be published on this website +-1 week before the day of the competition.
Registration fee paid by competitors dancing only during the afternoon session will comprise entrance-fee to Gala-event/evening-session. All competitors have the possibility to book in advance (further information will be sent with your registration confirmation email) a cold meal plate (for 25euros), composed of salad, different fish and meat with bread and butter.
Information for spectators
Admission fee to the afternoon session - 5 euros per person
- Free seating, catering drinks and snacks can be purchased in the room
Admission fee to the Gala event/evening session - 30 euros per person, includes:
- Reserved seat on table next to the dancefloor
- Cold meal plate, composed of salad, different fish and meat with bread and butter
The admission fee to the evening session includes admission to the afternoon session.
